Rhea Rinq

Community Space & Experience Manager / Founder

Rhea Rinq once converted a storage closet into a yoga studio using only beanbags, a fog machine, and vibes. She believes community spaces should be immersive, emotionally intelligent, and at least a little confusing. “If someone doesn’t cry and adopt a plant, did they even experience the event?”

She’s the architect behind Elk Ridge’s Rooftop Puppet Theatre, the seasonal Sidewalk S’mores Lounge, and the wildly controversial “Silent Karaoke Garden.” Rhea can build a pop-up roller rink in under 30 minutes and believes strongly that hammocks should be classified as public infrastructure.

Rhea’s toolkit includes LED candles, glitter tape, and a ukulele tuned for conflict mediation. She’s been known to stop arguments by playing interpretive pan flute solos and once got a zoning permit approved using finger puppets. She insists her greatest achievement was getting the city to declare Tuesdays as “Free Expression and Slightly Loud Art Day.”
