Catia Foxx

Rental Manager

Catia Foxx once rented out an entire parking garage for a mime convention and considers that her most “silently successful” event. She became Rental Manager after a mysterious series of clipboard mix-ups, a citywide game of musical chairs, and what she describes as “a rental prophecy whispered to her by an old fax machine.”

Catia oversees all rentals of community spaces, odd objects, inflatable infrastructure, and at least one suspiciously mobile gazebo. She once created a 47-page waitlist system using only fortune cookies and has been known to schedule bookings by lunar alignment and mood ring color.

Her toolkit includes color-coded keys, a foghorn labeled “emergency reservation,” and a binder titled “Chaos, But Make It Calendar.” She also offers guided tours of rentable spaces via scooter, and every contract includes a bonus motivational quote and a jellybean. Her motto: “If it has a roof, four walls, or emotional value—it can be rented.”
