Carlos Rinq
Real Estate Manager / Founder
Carlos Rinq didn’t get into real estate the traditional way—he stumbled into it after trying to build a full-scale replica of Atlantis using Lincoln Logs and ambition. When he accidentally sold a neighbor’s shed as a “micro-cabin with rustic airflow,” he realized he had a gift. He’s been selling dreams (and sometimes legally questionable structures) ever since.
As Real Estate Manager, Carlos is responsible for property sales, development, and personally blessing every open house with a ceremonial kazoo. He once tried to rezone half the city as “emotional commercial space” and regularly hosts house tours via unicycle. He believes curb appeal can be “manifested” and once traded a bungalow for a haunted player piano.
Carlos carries a briefcase full of glitter, vintage floorplans, and what he calls “emergency escrow.” He gives motivational talks like “Brick by Brick: The Journey from Tool Shed to Castle” and keeps a framed picture of the first doorknob he ever sold. Some say he can smell a bidding war from three counties away.
